Cisse Contracting Services is a minority-owned, licensed, insured and bonded general contracting company. We were founded in 2010. Cisse Contracting Services specializes in luxury residential, commercial, industrial and tenant improvement with a strong emphasis on concrete tilt-up casting. Ousmane “OC” Cisse, the President and founder has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.

Our construction expertise ranges from construction superintendent, project management, finance management, estimator, and skilled tradesman. We specialize in new construction, complete interior renovation, concrete structures, retaining walls, civil and site work, commercial drywall, demolition, and commercial painting.

Our expertise allows us the ability to construct any type of structure from concrete to structural steel. In addition, this vast experience provides us the capability to not only design it, build build it. It is important for us to understand how to integrate the project with our clients vision’ in mind.
